Mazdutide

Mazdutide is a dual GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist in Phase 3 trials showing up to 20% weight loss and superior glycemic control versus semaglutide in Chinese cohorts with obesity and type 2 diabetes. Clinical data is limited to Phase 3 trials (GLORY-1, GLORY-2, DREAMS-3) conducted primarily in Asian populations; human data outside these trials is minimal.
