NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

NAD+ is a ubiquitous cellular coenzyme involved in energy production, DNA repair, and metabolic function. Preclinical and limited human studies suggest intranasal and oral forms may support mitochondrial function and reduce age-related NAD+ decline, though human IV/IM efficacy data remain sparse. Research protocols exist but clinical validation in humans is incomplete.
