Orforglipron (Foundayo)

Orforglipron is an FDA-approved oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist approved April 2026 for weight management. Phase 3 trials (ATTAIN-1, ATTAIN-2, ACHIEVE-1) demonstrated up to 11.1% weight loss at 72 weeks and robust HbA1c reductions of 1.3-1.6% in both non-diabetic and diabetic populations.
