Retatrutide

Retatrutide is a triple GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor agonist in Phase III clinical development by Eli Lilly. The TRIUMPH-4 trial (Dec 2025) demonstrated 28.7% weight loss at 12mg weekly over 68 weeks, the highest recorded for any obesity medication in development. Primary evidence is from Phase III trials; FDA approval expected 2026-2027.
