Survodutide

Survodutide is an investigational dual glucagon/GLP-1 receptor agonist in Phase 2/3 clinical trials for obesity and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Phase 2 data demonstrates 14.9% mean weight loss at 46 weeks in obesity without diabetes, superior efficacy versus semaglutide in head-to-head comparison, and 47–62% MASH improvement depending on dose. Human clinical evidence is available but the compound remains investigational and not FDA approved.
